Mastering his craft in Michelin-starred restaurants worldwide, Chef Jonatan is renowned for his innovative contributions to the culinary realm.

Chef Mikel Alonso

Chef Mikel Alonso Garcia, hailing from Biarritz, France, exemplifies how pursuing one’s passion can lead to a successful career. Despite studying Chemical Industrial Engineering, his love for cooking prevailed. Opting for a vocational degree at Luis Irizar Cooking School, he excelled and earned a scholarship that propelled him to become a highly esteemed chef in Mexico.
